About

From humble beginnings to a beautiful, green, joyful celebration, with a mind and heart of it’s own -

Back in 2011, the St. Patrick’s Festival Berlin launched on beautifully crisp March day in Kreuzberg. One hundred and fifty excited revelers joined in the festivities, which included a parade around Görlitzer Park, much to the delight of some very bemused Kreuzbergers.

Hand in hand with our German friends!

It is easy to see why the festival became so popular with not just the Irish community in Berlin but local Berliners also joined in the fun with their expat friends and neighbors. St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated all around the world and always attracts an exciting mix of people, especially in Berlin!

Green and growing…

Since then St. Patrick’s Festival Berlin has grown from strength to strength, with nearly 3000 attendees at our last last action-packed festival. The Berlin TV tower has even been turned green in honour of this friendly fun celebration.
